Best Rooftop Bars in NYC

Picture this: it’s just you and your closest friends or your sweetheart, some ice-cold drinks, and a spectacular view of New York from a beautiful rooftop. Sounds sweet, right? But where are such scenic spots found?

Not to worry, we’ve got you. When you’ve been around the city as much as we have, you learn a thing or two. And today, our Westchester car service has decided to share some of this knowledge with you. We are going to disclose to you some of the best and classiest New York rooftop bars that you and your friends can meet for a drink and a spectacular view.

Westlight

The Westlight cocktail bar is located on the rooftop of the William Vale Hotel, overlooking the Williamsburg neighborhood. The bar offers a 360-degree view of Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. It’s one of the fanciest bars in the area, so if you want to impress a special someone, this might just be the spot for you. Enjoy your drink as you look over the East River and try some of the delicious food they serve at the bar. Note, however, that the bar gets crowded on weekends and it’s therefore imperative that you make reservations if you don’t want to wait in line.

Bookmarks Lounge

The Bookmarks Lounge is located on the rooftop of the Library Hotel. The lounge offers literature inspired cocktails and a quiet place to read and write. The lounge lives up to its name by being a haven for writers and book-lovers in mid-town New York. Bookmarks Lounge has impressive hospitality, a broad drink menu, and an outdoor seating area that’s kept warm by beautiful heat lamps. It’s the perfect place for a quick, quiet get away.

Bar Sixty-Five

This rooftop bar is located on top of the Rockefeller center, adjacent to the famed Rainbow Room. Bar Sixty-Five has both an indoor and outdoor space, but who wants to go to a rooftop bar only to stay indoors? Enjoy your drink and a variety of meals as you savor the 360-degree view of the big apple.

St. Cloud Social Rooftop

Located close to Times Square, you can escape all the craziness and dash into St. Cloud Social Rooftop to cool off. This rooftop bar sits atop of the Knickerbocker Hotel and offers a sophisticated and relaxed ambiance. At this rooftop bar, you have the option of enjoying your drink as you mingle with others or heading over to a private sky pod for some alone-time.

Mr. Purple

Mr. Purple is perched on top of Hotel Indigo and doubles up as a restaurant; they provide brunch, lunch, and dinner. There are two terraces where you can sit and there’s also a swimming pool if you are up for it; just don’t have too many margaritas before you go in. Mr. Purple is known for getting crowded, so unless you want to be stuck at the door, we suggest that you arrive early and secure a spot.

To make it an even classier affair, we suggest that you hire our Westchester limo service for the evening. Besides, we would like to ensure that you are safe and that you take full advantage of these spectacular spots. With our services, you can let loose knowing that at the end of the night our trusted chauffeurs will be there to transport you and your companions safely to a location of your choice.
