Our Office Hours are 9AM to 9PM Monday to Friday and 10AM to 9PM Saturday and Sunday. We Provide 24 Hours 7 Days a week service. Between 9PM and 9PM our over night dispatch team will take care of your needs.

We accept all major credit cards: Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover OR CASH.

We normally require a 24 Hour Notice for a Sedans and 48 Hours for SUV’s. We will try our best to provide you service even if less than 24 Hour notice is given.

Unlike most of competition, we quote you an all inclusive rate. That includes the tolls, tip, sales tax and any discount available. No hidden fees or surprises at the end.

We provide Service in Hudson Valley, NY, Putnam, Orange, Ulster, Dutchess, Westchester Counties in New York and Fairfield County in Connecticut.

If your flight gets diverted for any reason. You have two choices.

Have the original driver wait for you, since he will already be on location and pay the wait time

Have the first car released. Pay full fare and have us send you another car later on when you land.There is no guarantee that we would have a car available.

Waiting turns out to be a cheaper option. Since flight diversions happen within the last 15 minutes of the flight landing time. We have no control over it. We would dispatch driver accordingly and charge wait time if flight gets diverted.

(This is the Default method of Pickup Unless inside pickup requested) When you land. You will get an automated text message with your Chauffeur’s name and phone number. When you are ready, please call him and he will pull around to the curb within 5-10 minutes.(if you do not receive the automated text message for some reason, please call us at (914) 222-3000 and an operator will help you locate your driver.

The Chauffeur will meet you at the gate with a sign displaying your name. An additional charge of $15 will apply for this service.

– All arriving passengers that have requested an “INSIDE PICKUP”. MUST LOOK for their contact NAME posted on our card.• If you miss your flight or cannot locate you driver, Please call us at (914) 222-3000 to avoid “NO SHOW” charges. We keep track of all incoming flights, but we are not responsible for diversions/customs/baggage.

STC is a surcharge based upon various overhead expense items, some of which may not relate to the specific trip. The STC is always calculated as a flat percentage of the base rate.
